Job Description: IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Gurugram

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 15 years in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a passion for technology, a proven track record in sales, and the ability

to generate and close new business opportunities in the IT space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling,

Referrals, Events, etc.)

  • Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions (Web, Mobile,

Software, SaaS, Cloud, etc.)

  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer

satisfaction

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend client meetings, demos, and trade shows (virtual/in-person)

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • 15 years of experience in selling IT products/services
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, web and mobile app development services,

and digital solutions

  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with international clients (US/UK/UAE markets)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, cloud services, and eCommerce platforms• Understanding of project estimation and proposal writing
