About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Ability to travel within India as and when needed.

Please note This is not a field sales job, but occasional travel will be there to meet the clients within India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
• Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients.
• Meet the prospective clients as per business need to close the deal.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and requirements to identify opportunities for solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Travel to meet the clients to close the deal with utmost effectiveness.

• Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
• Analyze sales data and performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and conferences and while meeting the prospective client

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Experience:

0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

• Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be open to travel across the country on occasional basis
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Desired:

• Experience in the IT services and consulting industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
