Sprih is seeking a motivated professional with a strong interest in SaaS Enterprise Business Development to drive our growth in the US market. In this role, you'll focus on building a predictable revenue pipeline through strategic outbound sales efforts. you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients across diverse industry segments within the US market, helping to expand our reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
Deep ICP Account Intelligence
- Conduct
high-quality research
on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) across industries such as aviation, pharma, manufacturing, consumer goods, and energy.
- Build
account-level intelligence
: sustainability priorities, regulatory pressures (CSRD, California Law, NYC Climate Law, Scope 3), leadership personas, and peer benchmarks.
- Identify the
right entry point
into large organisations, not just titles, but influence paths.
Craft Conversations that Matter
- Confidently speak with senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, CSOs, Supply Chain leaders) and hold meaningful discovery conversations.
- Write
sharp, personalised outreach
emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups that sound human, relevant, and intelligent.
- Translate complex sustainability and climate topics into
clear, compelling narratives
for US audiences.
Proactive Outreach Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to US prospects with confidence and curiosity.
- Qualify leads, understand intent, and move conversations forward, not just book meetings.
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and provide clear context to the sales and leadership team.
Creative Non-Obvious Lead Generation
- Experiment with
- new ways to generate lead

- Event-led follow-ups (roundtables, dinners, webinars)
- Account-based campaigns

- Act as the
