• Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for lead generation and bidding.
• Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads and client relationships.

• Identify and participate in relevant online platforms and marketplaces for bidding on IT projects.
• Prepare compelling proposals, including project scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Maintain a strong online presence and actively respond to client queries.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and market penetration.
