Role Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for acquiring paying clients for our software development and IT services. This is a target-oriented role requiring discipline, ownership, and consistent performance. The candidate will be directly involved in lead generation, client outreach, deal negotiation, and closures.

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives on successful deal closures (no upper cap)
  • Performance Review: Based on monthly targets and closures

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients requiring software development or IT services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Present company services clearly and professionally to prospects
  • Conduct requirement discussions and qualify leads
  • Coordinate with technical teams for proposals, pricing, and demos
  • Close deals and convert prospects into paying clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue and client acquisition targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Proven or basic experience in sales, business development, or IT services sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict targets
  • Professional attitude, discipline, and accountability

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling software development, web/app development, or IT services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead-generation platforms
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles

Performance Expectations

  • This is not a learning or internship role
  • Consistent lead generation and follow-ups are mandatory
  • Incentives are strictly linked to actual deal closures and revenue generation
