Role Description Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calls, networking, etc.) Individual Sales Coordinator Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients Understand client needs and present tailored marketing solutions Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and quotations Maintain and update CRM and sales reports Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in a digital marketing agency) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and negotiation abilities Familiarity with digital marketing services and industry trends Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital platforms Perks & Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a creative and driven team Career growth and learning opportunities Flexible work culture Show more Show less
