Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, client engagement, and technology-driven business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to propose suitable IT solutions
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and demos to prospective clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and conferences
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Good understanding of IT services, web/app development, and digital solutions
  • Ability to draft proposals, quotations, and business documents
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable working with CRM and productivity tools ( Excel , PowerPoint , etc.)

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in IT/Software sales or B2B client management
  • Knowledge of international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or other online platforms for lead generation
  • Understanding of Agile/Software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT industry)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply
