About the Role

energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit households and small businesses in assigned areas to promote rooftop solar solutions.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
• Convince potential customers about the benefits of rooftop solar (savings, eco-friendly, government subsidy, etc.).
• Achieve minimum sales target of

  10 rooftop solar installations per month

• Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the management team.
• Eligibility & Requirements

  Minimum 1-2 years’ experience

  in rooftop solar sales, energy sales, or similar field sales roles.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within Bihar.
• Basic knowledge of rooftop solar and government subsidy schemes preferred.
• Own bike and smartphone required (travel allowance will be provided).
• Salary & Incentives

  Fixed Salary:

  ₹ 15,000 per month

• Performance Bonus:

  ₹500 per sale after achieving the monthly target of 10 sales.

• Incentive Example:

• 
  
• 10 Sales = Target achieved → Full salary + Bonus per sale.
• Above 10 Sales → Extra ₹500 for each additional sale.
• Below 10 Sales → Only

  50% of salary

  will be paid.
• 0 Sales in a month → Immediate termination without any salary.
