Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Solar Sales Executive for the PM Surya Ghar Yojana project. This on-site role is based in Bihar and will involve promoting and selling solar energy solutions tailored to meet our clients' specific needs. Key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting solar energy products effectively, creating sales strategies, and closing sales deals. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical insights where required, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
• Knowledge of renewable energy solutions and solar energy systems
• Experience in customer relationship management and client service
• Strategic thinking and planning skills, coupled with an ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office tools, and report generation
• Ability to work on-site in Bihar and engage with local customers effectively
• Prior experience in solar energy sales or another relevant field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
