Role & responsibilities

We are hiring for Executive for Mumbai location

To generate revenue for the organization by the means of conversion of inactive clients to active clients by sorting out their problems.
Prepares and maintains MIS on daily basis of the productivity i.e. number of calls done and how many of the clients were interested and forward it to the senior.
Providing clients with sound knowledge regarding the products of the company and convincing them to opt for activation of their accounts.
identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products and services to existing clients based on their financial needs and objectives.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to effectively educate clients and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by actively promoting and selling financial products and services to clients.
Draft a report regarding the number of discontent clients because of inefficient services and forwarding it to superior on daily basis
Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers can apply also and Experience Candidate would be preferred from broking industry
