We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of PR, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Design services.
  • Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  1. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to create customized service offerings.
  1. Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  1. Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on business development activities and outcomes.
  1. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the PR, Digital Marketing, and Design teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share client feedback and insights to help improve service offerings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales (preferred) or relevant field.
  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of the PR, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Design industry is a plus.
