Job Description

As a Business Development Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing current and past financial data to derive insights that will help in cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Your role will involve conducting market research to discover new opportunities and collaborating with executives to develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities effectively. In addition to this, you will be tasked with creating and refining proposals for both existing and potential clients, preparing and monitoring the company budget to ensure alignment with revenue targets, and providing guidance and support to the business development team through training and mentorship. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop compelling pitches for potential investors to secure funding for the organization's growth and expansion initiatives. This is a full-time position that may require you to work in day shifts as well as rotational shifts. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in business development finance. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is also desirable. The work location for this role is in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and the job entails in-person interactions with the team and stakeholders.,
