Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, will be essential. Collaboration with technical and project teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client requirements is necessary. You will also develop strategies to enhance regional market presence, increase revenue, and provide regular updates to senior management through reports on business development activities. Your qualifications should include a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. You should have 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the solar or renewable energy sector. Strong knowledge of solar power systems, project lifecycle, and applicable regulations is required, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in managing sales processes, analyzing market data, and the ability to make informed decisions are necessary. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and be willing to travel as per business requirements. Prior experience in solar EPC projects or project bidding is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include in-depth knowledge of the solar market in the Jaipur region and an established professional network within the solar industry. Fluency in English is preferred, and the willingness to travel up to 25% is desired.
