Job Description

In this role as a Junior Sales Promoter at Cotton Concepts, you will be responsible for driving in-store sales for home textile products, with a particular focus on towels. Your primary goal will be to deliver excellent customer service while representing our sustainable product range to customers in a retail setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively approach in-store customers to showcase and promote Cotton Concepts home textile products, focusing on towels. - Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions and guiding customers toward appropriate product selections. - Achieve assigned sales targets by implementing effective upselling and cross-selling techniques in a competitive retail environment. - Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base and increase store revenue. - Assist in maintaining appealing product displays and ensure adequate in-store stock levels to maximize customer appeal and accessibility. - Collect and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities to management for continuous improvement. - Actively participate in promotional campaigns, store events, and product demonstrations to drive footfall and conversions. - Collaborate with store managers and team members to execute sales strategies, provide feedback, and meet overall business objectives. **Qualifications:** - Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with customers and address their needs and inquiries in a courteous manner. - Sales (Mandatory skill): Proven experience and drive in achieving sales targets, preferably in a retail or home textiles environment. - Towel sales (Mandatory skill): Specific knowledge and hands-on experience in promoting and selling towels to retail customers is essential. - Sales increase: Ability to develop and execute strategies for increasing in-store sales volumes, fostering consistent growth in assigned locations. - Lead generation and revenue increase: Skilled at identifying new prospective customers, generating leads, and converting these into sales to boost store revenue. - Retail Sales: Strong understanding of retail sales operations, visual merchandising, and inventory promotion within a store setting. - Upselling: Aptitude for actively recommending additional or premium products to increase average transaction values and enhance customer experience. - Communication: Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and store management.,
