Job Title: Business Development Executive – SaaS Sales Location: Okhla Phase II Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3-5 years in B2B SaaS sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Business Development Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in SaaS sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with small to mid-sized businesses or enterprise clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our software solutions to targeted markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored SaaS solutions. Present product demos and value propositions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and ensure customer feedback is captured. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
