Job Title : Business Development Executive (Telesales) Location : cochin kerala Reports To : Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound phone calls, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through telesales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Outreach : Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's products or services, identify opportunities, and generate leads. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Sales Conversion : Convert leads into sales by understanding client requirements, presenting product offerings, and closing deals over the phone. Follow-up : Manage follow-up calls and emails to ensure leads are nurtured and moved through the sales pipeline. Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through telesales efforts. Sales Presentation : Deliver compelling sales pitches, demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. Market Research : Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. CRM Management : Maintain accurate and updated client information in the company’s CRM system, track leads, and report on sales performance. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns to drive business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role (X+ years preferred). Excellent phone manner and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and handle objections effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Key Competencies Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
