Job Description

Are you fluent in English and Hindi? Do you possess basic computer knowledge? Are you passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and security? If so, we want you to join our team as a Backend Executive! Job Description: As a Backend Executive, you play a crucial role in ensuring the security and satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities include: Verifying the authenticity of customer documents before processing sales transactions. Conducting thorough checks to validate customer identities and prevent fraudulent activities. Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures regarding customer verification processes. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless and secure transactions for our customers. Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the verification process. Requirements: Fluent in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in shifts: 10:30am to 7:30pm and 1pm to 10pm Weekly one day off. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 08/03/2025 Expected Start Date: 03/06/2025
