Role Description Tradvisor is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, with the flexibility of a remote work setup. This is a full-time role focused on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing strategies for business growth. You will maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dubai real estate market and beyond Generate and qualify leads through various outreach methods Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets Stay updated on real estate market trends Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, property management) to ensure client needs are met Maintain accurate records of business development activities and progress. Qualifications: Proven skills in new business development and lead generation Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in account management and building client relationships Solid business acumen and strategic thinking Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting Track record of success in business development or sales roles Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Internship Opportunity: We also seek a motivated Intern to support our business development efforts remotely from Dubai.
