Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as an BDR/SDR or in a similar role, with a strong track record in outreach campaigns and lead generation.
  • Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (eg. Pipedrive or any other CRM platform) and sales automation platforms (eg. Apollo.io or similar tools / platforms).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to drive improvements.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Familiarity with emerging outreach techniques and tools.
  • Experience working with international markets.
