Job Description:

Rang Digitech, a growing digital marketing agency and a subsidiary of Rang Technologies (USA), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time night shift role (aligned with USA time zones) suited for professionals with proven experience in international business development, especially within the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and pitch Rang Digitech's digital marketing capabilities to international clients, primarily from the USA, UK, and Canada.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.
• Take consistent and strategic follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Close deals through cold calls, email campaigns, WhatsApp communication, and video meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system.
• Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition in a digital marketing agency or IT services firm.
• Fluent and strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are a MUST.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling, lead generation, email/WhatsApp outreach, and CRM tools.
• Strong ability to understand and present service offerings and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with international clients, especially from the USA, UK, and Canada.
• Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
