We are a growing educational institution and finishing school offering specialized technical training programs, including CAD Desk courses. Our mission is to empower students and professionals with industry-ready skills through high-quality training, internships, and career-oriented programs. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive student enrollments, institutional partnerships, and overall business growth.

Role Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting our training programs, engaging with technical institutions, and counseling prospective students. This role involves meeting HODs, Principals, and Placement Officers at technical institutions, as well as guiding students through program options to ensure successful admissions and partnerships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute business development and marketing strategies to expand institutional and student reach.
  • Visit technical institutions to identify training and internship opportunities, and organize orientation programs, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Counsel students on CAD Desk and other training programs, guiding them to select the right course based on their career goals.
  • Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into admissions.
  • Coordinate with faculty and administration to ensure smooth student onboarding and training delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and institutional collaborations.
  • Achieve sales and enrollment targets while contributing to the company’s overall growth.
  • Strategize and execute custom activities to boost enrollments and brand visibility.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualification: Any degree or professional degree in any stream.
  • Experience:
  • Dynamic freshers can apply.
  • Preferred 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student counseling, preferably in EduTech, skill development, or technical training.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
