Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Outreach:

    Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with universities, colleges, and corporates.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Take ownership of sales targets across admissions and corporate collaborations.
  • Prospecting & Pipeline:

    Run outreach campaigns, generate leads, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building:

    Nurture strong connections with admissions heads, placement officers, and HR leaders.
  • Negotiation & Closure:

    Manage proposals, commercial discussions, and deal closures.
  • Startup Agility:

    Work closely with the founding team, contribute to strategy, and learn across functions.
  • Feedback Loop:

    Share market insights to refine Pursue's offerings and strategy.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 03 years of B2B sales experience (education/EdTech/recruitment preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Freshers are welcome

    - energy, ambition, and hunger to learn matter more than prior experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - self-driven, adaptable, and not afraid to hustle.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
