Role Overview We are looking for energetic, go-getter Business Development Executives who are eager to learn fast, take ownership, and grow exponentially in a high-paced startup environment. You will work directly with the founding team , gaining exposure across multiple verticals (sales, strategy, product, and marketing) instead of being restricted to one role. This is a full-time role designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in business development and leadership. Over the next 2–4 years, you will have a clear roadmap to lead BD teams across regions , backed by structured training and cross-functional learning. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Outreach: Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with universities, colleges, and corporates. Revenue Growth: Take ownership of sales targets across admissions and corporate collaborations. Prospecting & Pipeline: Run outreach campaigns, generate leads, and maintain a structured sales pipeline. Relationship Building: Nurture strong connections with admissions heads, placement officers, and HR leaders. Negotiation & Closure: Manage proposals, commercial discussions, and deal closures. Startup Agility: Work closely with the founding team, contribute to strategy, and learn across functions. Feedback Loop: Share market insights to refine Pursue’s offerings and strategy. Qualifications & Skills 0–3 years of B2B sales experience (education/EdTech/recruitment preferred, but not mandatory). Freshers are welcome - energy, ambition, and hunger to learn matter more than prior experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset - self-driven, adaptable, and not afraid to hustle. Willingness to travel for client meetings.
