Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive Qualification: B.Pharm + MBA (Marketing / Pharma Management) Industry: Pharmaceutical Experience: Fresher or 1 2 years of relevant experience Salary: Up to 50,000/month (based on experience and performance) Location: Thane Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified candidates with a B.Pharm + MBA background to join our pharmaceutical sales and marketing team. This role involves promoting pharmaceutical products, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth. Both freshers and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Promote and market pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and distributors Identify new business opportunities and client segments Conduct market research and competitor analysis Assist in launching new products and promotional campaigns Coordinate with the internal team for supply chain, logistics, and customer support Meet monthly sales targets and report market feedback Attend conferences, seminars, and training sessions as needed Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products (B.Pharm advantage) Sales acumen and confidence in customer interactions Willingness to travel and conduct field visits Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
