Business Development Executive

Location:

• We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in the IT hardware infrastructure domain, specifically within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and infrastructure solutions selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities in the Indian IT hardware and infrastructure sector.
• Drive business expansion by onboarding new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Engage with decision-makers in enterprises, SMEs, and institutions requiring IT hardware solutions (e.g., servers, storage, networking equipment).
• Understand customer requirements and work closely with the technical and procurement teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology / Business or equivalent experience.
• 34 years of experience in business development within the IT hardware infrastructure industry (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure products servers, data centers, switches, routers, storage devices, etc.
• Familiarity with the Indian IT hardware market, including vendor ecosystems, procurement cycles, and B2B sales channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales closures and strategic client acquisition.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
