Were Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sr. BDE

 About the Role

Business Development Executive

  Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to medicine stores for registration on the SastaSundar application
  • Achieve minimum 2 successful registrations per day & ensure stores maintain 5 Lakh monthly turnover
  • Drive monthly 50 store activations with first-time orders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers & channel partners
  • Identify new opportunities, track competition, and drive business growth within a

    32 km territory

 Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in channel sales (pharma/medicine sector – mandatory)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills (Bengali/Hindi preferred)
  • Must own a bike + valid driving license (TA provided)
  • Not from microfinance background

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 12,000 – 21,000 per month + PF + ESIC + Bonus
