Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting travel packages, corporate tie-ups, and customized travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in domestic and international travel segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Promote travel packages and services to corporate clients, travel agents, and direct customers.
  • Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Coordinate with the operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
  • Participate in trade fairs, expos, and client meetings as needed.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
