Key Responsibilities

• Business development of process equipment in the Food Beverage industry
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning
• Generate B2B leads and convert prospects into key accounts
• Conduct client and consultant meetings, present products, understand requirements, and submit technical commercial proposals
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from proposal to closure and delivery
• Ensure timely follow-up and payment collection from clients
• Perform real-time market analysis to maintain a competitive edge
• Coordinate with the service team to deliver a high standard of customer experience
  

Qualifications Skills

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR Advanced Diploma in Water Quality Management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development of capital equipment in the food beverage industry
• Industry preference: Water Treatment, UV Disinfection, HVAC, Food/Fruit Processing
• Strong knowledge of WTP, ETP, RO, STP systems
• Proficient in computer applications; visualization software knowledge is a plus
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of managing multidisciplinary projects within deadlines
