Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads (buyers & sellers) via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Understand client needs, motivations, and stage in the decision process.
• Address objections and encourage leads toward actions such as site visits, consultations, or property listings.
• Maintain accurate and updated lead records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with closers, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client handovers.
• Share feedback and lead insights with the team to improve messaging and processes.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong influencing skills over phone conversations.
• Quick learner with curiosity, empathy, and adaptability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, presales, or client servicing is an advantage.
