Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, establishing contact, and closing deals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and other lead generation strategies. Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow market share. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Sales Presentations: Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch products/services tailored to the client’s needs. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitor behavior to identify opportunities. Sales Reporting: Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales data, pipeline status, and client interactions. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on business strategies and client needs.
