Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. If youre highly organized, strategic, and eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
  • This is a full-time, on-site role where youll play a crucial part in scaling our business. As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you will:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy covering

    Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Business-to-Business (B2B), Channel Partners, Exhibitions, and trade shows

    .
  • Actively sell our premium products in our studio and build a high-performing team of sales professionals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify our unique selling propositions.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient

    sales funnel and CRM system

    to track progress and optimize performance.
  • Continuously refine our sales strategy to ensure maximum effectiveness and optimal results.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and employees.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and funnel to ensure consistent success.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary:

    1,80,000 4,20,000 per annum (based on experience).
  • Supplemental Pay:
