About the Role

As a Coordinator, youll be a vital part of our team, responsible for facilitating and organizing various tasks to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the
planning, coordination, and execution of projects or events

Managing
schedules, calendars, and appointments
for team members.

Facilitating clear
communication
within the team and across departments.

Organizing and maintaining all
project documentation, files, and records
.

Collaborating closely with team members to ensure all
project timelines are met
.

Monitoring progress and providing timely
updates to relevant stakeholders
.

Handling essential
administrative tasks
, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Providing support in preparing
presentations, reports, and other materials
.

Warmly
welcoming visitors
to our studio.

Efficiently managing
office supplies
.

Professionally
answering phone calls
.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
1,80,000 3,00,000 per annum (based on experience).
