Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager - Pharma R&D at Cuckos located in Sampla, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for fostering partnerships, expanding product portfolios through out-licensing agreements, and driving innovation in pharmaceutical R&D. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong background in pharmaceutical business development, R&D, and out-licensing
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Experience in project management and market analysis is a plus
