Key Responsibilities

1. Restaurant Partnerships

• Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurants to the platform.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing restaurant partners to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms,commission structures, and promotional opportunities with restaurant partners.
• Ensure restaurants are trained and well-equipped to use the platform effectively.

2. Day-to-Day Operations

• Manage and monitor daily order flow to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate between restaurants, riders, and customers to resolve operational issues.
• Track key performance metrics (orders, revenue, cancellations, delays) and suggest improvements.
• Support promotional campaigns and special offers with restaurant partners.

3. Rider Management

• Assist in rider on boarding, documentation, and training.
• Manage rider schedules, availability, and allocation for smooth delivery operations.
• Address rider grievances, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Work closely with operations to maintain rider efficiency and customer service levels.

4. Business Growth & Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
• Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to strengthen the brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 03 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Operations (freshers are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally for restaurant visits and rider coordination.
• Two Wheeler is Required.
