About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in IT or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communication, preparing proposals, and closing deals on various platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.

• Write effective proposals, cover letters, and pitch documents for bidding platforms.

•Understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.

•Conduct cold emailing, cold calling, and regular follow-ups with potential clients.

•Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure.

•Maintain strong communication and build long-term relationships with clients.

•Collaborate with technical teams to prepare estimations, project plans, and timelines.

•Maintain accurate reports on CRM tools and track sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a BDE or Sales role, preferably in the IT/SaaS industry.

• Strong knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) and lead generation strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and prepare proposals.

• Experience with cold emails, cold calls, and client follow-ups.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to work in a target-based environment

• Proficiency in preparing presentations and product demos.
