Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Surat, India. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, and developing effective strategies for business growth. The role involves conducting market research, setting up meetings with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand the company's client base in IT
Experience in Account Management and sustaining long-term client relationships
Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Excellent Communication skills to convey value propositions effectively and negotiate client deals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and achieving set targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with the IT services industry or prior experience in a similar role is must.
