The Role

Business Development Executive

If you love outreach, storytelling, and growth marketing, this is for you.

This is a part-time, remote role (3 to 4 hours per day 5 days a week) with flexible days and hours

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify SaaS/startup founders and decision-makers in the US/UK market.
  • Manage cold email campaigns set up, test, and optimize sequences for open and reply rates.
  • Handle inbound replies, tag leads, and schedule qualified discovery calls for the founder.
  • Maintain clean prospect lists and outreach metrics using CRM or spreadsheet tools.
  • Support light LinkedIn outreach connection requests, thoughtful comments, and DMs to warm leads.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to share case studies and snippets for follow-up.
  • Provide weekly reporting on lead metrics (emails sent, responses, booked calls)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 38 years of experience in

    outbound lead generation, cold email campaigns, or B2B business development

    .
  • Excellent written English fluent, natural, and suited for US/UK audiences.
  • Familiar with tools such as

    Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or HubSpot CRM

    .
  • Understanding of

    SaaS, B2B, or tech product ecosystems

    preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, data discipline, and follow-up ownership.
  • Self-starter with curiosity, persistence, and clear communication.
