Position: Field Sales Executive (Preferably Male)Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior field sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting our software solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Pitch company profile, products, and unique selling points (USPs).
  • Prepare proposals, follow up with clients, and close deals.
  • Manage revenue generation and maintain sales records.
  • Create and update client databases.
  • Prepare sales reports and client presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (IT/software sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Passion for sales and business growth.
  • Quick learner with a strategic mindset.

Job Type

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹2 – 6 LPA (depending on experience, location & previous package).
  • Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 (with relevant bills).
  • Hotel stay & DA as per designation.
