Job Description

What You’ll Do:

The Australia Business Development Executive interacts with clients to generate sales opportunities and build a sales pipeline with prospective clients for OrangeIQ, driving the initial stages of the sales process.

  • Identify lead generation channels outside of Marketing to prospect for opportunities
  • Daily outreach to prospective customers with a minimum of 100 calls a day, via phone, email, social media, etc.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with prospects to identify need with of outsourcing with value proposition of OIQ.
  • Schedule introduction to identify prospects
  • Consistently meet outreach activities, align to pipeline with qualified leads based on Account Executive quota
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 1+ years' experience in a BDE or Junior Sales role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
  • Strong communication, written and verbal.
  • Ambitious for growth and client success.
  • Goal focused approach.
  • Active listening, adaptable to client approach.
  • Resilient and Self-Motivated.
  • Proactive and Disciplined.
  • Education : BBA, B.com, MBA



Job Timing : 7:00AM to 4:00PM
