Roles & Responsibilities
Drive Business Development & Client Acquisition for agency services.
Generate new leads through networking, market research, and outreach.
Pitch proposals and close deals with decision-makers from brands and corporates.
Build & maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Handle Key Account Management for existing clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Promote & sell ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing services including activations, brand promotions, and offline campaigns.
Create tailored proposals for ATL, BTL, Influencer, and Event campaigns as per client needs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.
Skills Required
Strong experience in Sales & Marketing, Client Acquisition, B2B Sales, Agency Sales.
Knowledge of ATL & BTL activities (Hoardings, Print, Radio, Digital screens, Mall activations, College activations, On-ground events).
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Strong networking ability with proven track record in closing deals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Experience in Influencer Marketing, Events & Sponsorships will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
