Business Executive (Open Hotels)

Location:Bengaluru/ NCR (DelhiGurgaonNoida) / Mumbai

About Open Hotels:

Open Hotels, part of the Olive Group (part of Embassy Group), is a new-age SAAS-based hospitality platform enabling independent hotel and guesthouse owners to unlock higher visibility, occupancy, and revenue. Through standardized branding, OTA listing support, and data-driven revenue management, we help 25- to 50-key properties become tech-enabled, profitable 'Open Hotels'.

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic, confident and digitally-savvy Sales Executives (preferably women) who can onboard hotels and guesthouses onto the Open Hotels platform. The role involves identifying potential partners, explaining product benefits, and ensuring smooth activation and listing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with independent hotel, guesthouse, and homestay owners (typically 20–50 keys).
  • Pitch the Open Hotels SAAS model - for listing on OTA’s / Oliveliving.com / Olivise the property / Revenue management
  • Explain key benefits: brand visibility, OTA integration, tech platform, and revenue management edge.
  • Conduct virtual or on-site demos of the Open Hotels dashboard / app.
  • Coordinate property onboarding, branding checklist, and training with internal ops team.
  • Maintain pipeline via CRM and report weekly closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sign-up targets by city

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate (Hospitality / Business / Marketing preferred).
  • 1–5 years’ experience in hotel sales, OTA sales, travel tech, or B2B SAAS.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; persuasive and confident on video calls.
  • Fluent in English and local language of the assigned city.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in field as well as inside sales roles.
  • Preferably women candidates passionate about hospitality and digital products.
