Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. You'll play a key role in driving admissions, building partnerships, and promoting our training programs to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through leads, calls, and networking
• Promote our training programs to potential students and partners
• Conduct follow-ups with inquiries to convert them into enrollments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to achieve targets
• Attend education fairs, seminars, and local campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or education counseling

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

✅ Passion for education and career transformation

✅ Self-motivated with a positive attitude

🔍 Preferred Candidates:

• Prior experience in teaching/training (classroom or online) is a plus
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies
