Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Identifying and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and referrals. Build relationships with prospective clients. Following up on leads and setting up meetings for the senior sales team. Conducting research on potential clients and preparing sales presentations. Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients. Participating in sales meetings and training programs to stay up-to-date with service knowledge and sales techniques. Analyze market and establish competitive advantages. Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns. Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets and revenue goals. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit. Maintaining a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings. Preferred candidate profile : Qualifications New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Strong business acumen and communication skills Experience in account management and building client relationships. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus. International Sales and Marketing experience. Candidates with US, UK, Ireland, Europe travel experience would be preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Must be proficient in English (writing & speaking) Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success. Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience is preferred. Other Details : Location: Pune Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (in any stream) with an MBA (Preferred) or bachelors degree Marketing or MBA in Marketing. Experience: 4-7 Years Number of working days: 5 days Time: 2:00 PM to 11.00 PM Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Job Location: Shivaji Nagar, Wakadewadi, Pune
