Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships with technology vendors, Prospect Outreach, strategic email campaigns, and market research.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and business growth.
  • Represent and promote the company's brand and value proposition across all engagements and client interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Vertical Heads and Operations teams to formulate and implement business development strategies tailored to each business unit.
  • Deliver compelling business presentations, customized proposals, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Liaise with internal technical teams to understand client needs and craft optimal solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of business development activities, leads, pipeline status, and client interactions using appropriate tools.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and inform business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business development or relevant within the IT services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solution offerings.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using modern sales tools and platforms
