Job Description

Role Overview: You will engage with clients both in person and via virtual meetings to understand their needs related to millet-based healthy food products and IT services. Your responsibilities will include visiting various institutions and companies to promote Nuturemite products and Megaminds IT services, conducting presentations and sampling sessions, developing sales strategies, generating leads, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and build long-term relationships with key clients for repeat business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients in person and via virtual meetings to understand their needs related to millet-based healthy food products and IT services - Visit schools, colleges, corporates, educational institutions, distributors, and companies to promote Nuturemite products and Megaminds IT services - Conduct presentations, sampling sessions, and relationship-building activities on-site - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business opportunities - Generate leads and close deals for both B2B institutions and B2C bulk buyers or individuals - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects and products as per client expectations - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referral opportunities Qualification Required: - Possess 12 years of proven sales experience - Demonstrate experience in field sales and client visits - Show capability in meeting institutional clients and corporate buyers - Maintain a strong record of achieving sales targets - Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills both in-person and virtually - Build trust-based relationships with clients - Display strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities - Hold a basic understanding of IT services and academic support services - Show passion for the health and wellness sector or millet-based products - Bring experience in educational, institutional, or corporate sales - Hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field - Demonstrate familiarity with field sales and client engagement in education or food or FMCG sectors (Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted as they were written in the first person and did not fit the required format) Role Overview: You will engage with clients both in person and via virtual meetings to understand their needs related to millet-based healthy food products and IT services.
