Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day human resources operations, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, guiding employee development programs, addressing staff concerns, conducting training sessions, and managing organizational development initiatives. The HR Manager will act as a bridge between the management and team members to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, and talent acquisition skills
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Proficiency in conflict resolution, performance management, and team building
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance practices, and workplace regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in HR software and tools; strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site effectively and collaboratively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant HR experience preferred
