Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support overall company growth. The role involves lead generation, pitching services, maintaining client communication, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and explore new business opportunities
  • Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Present and promote company services effectively
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow up regularly
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr is beneficial
  • Previous experience in client acquisition or B2B sales is an advantage
