Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our IT staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or staffing, and a deep understanding of the IT services landscape. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by placing top IT talent with our clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing domain. 2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers in HR, procurement, and tech departments. 3. Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions. 4. Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner. 5. Manage the full sales cycle: cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and closure. 6. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic growth opportunities. 7. Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, pipeline, and forecasts. 8. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
