The Role

As a Business Development Executive at Makunai Global, you will play a crucial role in supporting the cycle by engaging with prospects, understanding their requirements, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and ensuring a smooth transition from lead to customer. You will collaborate closely with Product, and Technical teams to craft the right solutions for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound/outbound leads to understand their business needs
• Conduct requirement discovery calls and gather client specifications
• Follow up with prospects to drive them through the funnel
• Respond to client questions, RFPs, and RFIs in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate lead and communication records in CRM tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development Executive (SaaS/IT preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to understand product workflows and map them to customer requirements
• Experience conducting product demos for B2B customers
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-first approach with attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in SaaS or tech-based products
• Knowledge of requirement gathering and solution mapping
• Ability to handle basic technical discussions with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
