Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

    :

    • Identify and prospect new business opportunities via cold calling, email, and networking.
    • Pitch and explain platform services to potential clients (SMBs/enterprises).
    • Understand customer hiring needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation to closing deals.
    • Maintain strong follow-ups and customer relationships.
    • Update CRM tools and ensure accurate reporting of daily activities.

  • Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory.
    • 2 to 7 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in recruitment tech, SaaS, or HR services.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Familiarity with using sales tools like CRM, Excel, etc.
